On Monday morning, a group of women gathered in the bright and spacious Make Lemonade space – a Toronto workspace for women – for The Ace Collective Toast Toronto Vol. 3 Know Your Worth: Negotiating, asking for what you want, and standing in your greatness.

Our founding lawyer, Sheetal Maya Nanda, spoke to knowing your worth during the negotiating process and how it is important to stay calm and know what you want prior to going into a negotiation.
